Terms and Conditions for Online Credit Card Payments

All payments using the online credit card facilities to access the adult chat service are subject to the following conditions.

  1. When you complete the online payment form, funds will be deducted from your credit card in the specified currency.
  2. Payments are debited to Livelines UK Ltd.
  3. Credit card payments are secure:
    • Payments will be processed directly by our merchant using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
    • Credit card numbers are protected with a high level of encryption when transmitted over the Internet.
    • Livelines UK does not have access to your credit card details. These are processed securely by our merchant. We do have access to the last four digits of your card number which may be used for verification during any correspondence with us.
  4. Confirmation:
    • If successful, our merchant will confirm that your payment was completed.
    • If unsuccessful, our merchant will advise that your payment has failed. Livelines UK will not be advised why a payment has failed, therefore, you should contact your card provider for these details.
    • If your payment fails, you may call our office on 0333 200 2321 where we can try to process your card manually. If this method fails you will need to contact your card issuing bank for further assistance.
  5. PIN Numbers:
    • If your payment was successful our website will generate you a unique PIN number that will be required to access our adult chat service. The PIN number will be shown on the screen, please write this down as we do not email adult PIN’s. You will also be shown a local rate number to call where you can enter your PIN number and access the adult chat service.
    • If you lose your PIN number you may call the Livelines UK office where a member of staff will try to recover your PIN. You may be asked to confirm your name, billing address and/or the last four digits of your card number.
    • If you call us after your PIN number has expired, please note that your PIN may not be recoverable. We will try our best to assist you however we recommend that you call us before your PIN expires (usually 24 hours from issuing).
    • PIN numbers have a 24-hour life before they expire. Please use your minutes within 24 hours from being issued your PIN number. Please note it is down to Livelines UK discretion to extend PIN numbers. Please email for assistance.
  6. If you have supplied us with a valid email address, our merchant will confirm your payment details via email. Your transaction ID may be required should you need to correspond with Livelines UK Ltd.
  7. By using Livelines UK Ltd.’s online credit card facilities you agree to all applicable Livelines UK policies regarding the use of our adult chat service.
  8. Refund requests will be handled on a case by case basis. It is your responsibility to keep your PIN number safe. However, if you need assistance please email or telephone 0333 200 2321 and we will try to assist you.

  12. The Text Service:
    • All new users receive 3 texts free of charge from the girl of their choice.
    • Texts are charged at 3 credits each.
    • Picture Texts are charged at 10 credits each.
    • The text service is a pre-paid service, not a subscription service.
    • To stop, reply to the text with “stop.” Your network will then bar you from accessing the service for 3 months.

  13. Psychic Messenger Service
    • The Chat Messenger service is only available if readers registered on the Chat Messenger service are logged on, ready to chat. We cannot issue refunds in the event of an operator not being available to read for you at a specific time.
    • All users of the Chat Messenger service must be over 18 years old.
    • We keep copies of all the Messenger conversations, however these can only be accessed by management. Your identity is kept confidential at all times.
    • Operators cannot access your confidential or payment information.
    • Payments are processed by our PCI Level 1 verified merchant. We do not have access to your credit or debit card information.
    • Refunds will not be issued on used purchased packages or minutes.
    • We reserve the right to block customers from this service and any related services operated by LiveLines UK, in the event of a chargeback, payment dispute, anything that jeopardises the smooth operation of the service or if any of these terms are broken.
